24/7 Dispatching
In order to be able to react flexibly and efficiently to customer requirements, the platform rental company has its own logistics facilities. Its basis is a telephone dispatch center with 24/7 service to coordinate rentals, platform transport and service.

Own Transport
Transportation is provided in our own trucks by trained technicians. When the platform is handed over to the customer, the technician will perform basic operator training and answer any questions regarding its operation. The platform delivery and removal time can be arranged operatively according to the customer's request.

Platforms are serviced by replacement at the customer's site. Due to own transportation, this significantly reduces the repair time. Simple repairs and battery replacements are carried out on site by a trained service technician.
Platforms Storage
Most of the platforms that are not rented to customers are stored indoors in our hall. This ensures protection against bad weather conditions. The platforms are subject to ongoing maintenance such as condition inspections, fluid top-ups, and battery charging. They are therefore ready for use at any time.
